Mr Williams (pictured left) is a high risk category missing person. He left his flat on
01/10/2005 at approximately 0900 and hasn't been seen since.
He is
diagnosed with Altzheimers Disease and other age related illness but
is not currently medicated.
He has a history of wandering through
South West London and Surrey.
