Don't forget to leave your tree for recycling after Christmas outside your house - but please dont dump them on the pavements. A free Christmas tree collection service is provided for two weeks every January starting on 6th January 2020. Or take your tree to Smugglers Way reuse and recycling centre . Decorations and pots must be removed first as the trees are sent for composting.

Have yourself a very healthy Christmas....
 Beware the morning after
You could be over the legal limit many hours after your last drink, even if it's the 'morning after'. Sleep, coffee and cold showers don't help to sober you up - time is the only way to get alcohol out of your system.

Options include agreeing on a designated driver, saving a taxi number to your phone, or finding out about public transport routes and times before you go out.
