Police appeal for witnesses

At about 8:50pm on Tuesday 22nd September 2009, a lone teenage female was walking down Priory Lane, SW15. A black vehicle possibly a VW Polo pulled up alongside her. The driver, a black male, approximate age 20-30 years wearing a black woolly hat with a brim, a faded blue top, blue jacket and dirty blue jeans with a gold ring on his right hand who spoke with an African accent, got out and tried to pull the female into the vehicle.

They were disturbed and the female was able to escape. The vehicle drove off towards Upper Richmond Road. A second male was also in the vehicle. He is described as white, with a little beard and wearing a black hoodie and with an English accent.
