On Tuesday 16th June 2009 at approximately 11:30 pm, a 21 year old male was walking with his girlfriend and a group of friends towards a bus stop in Putney Bridge Road SW15 when he was attacked.

He was approached by the suspect, a white male described as 20-23 years old, 5ft 4inches tall, medium build wearing a short sleeve blue shirt, blue jeans and trainers who was in the company of two other white males aged 20-25 years.

The suspect was holding a pint glass in his right hand, which he threw at the victims face causing injuries to the left side. This appears to be an unprovoked attack. The suspect then ran off in the company with the other two males in the direction of Putney High Street towards Putney train station, where the males made off on the tracks towards Clapham Junction.
