Stephen Marcus, who played Nick the Greek in Guy Ritchie's Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, took part in last Thursday's Row Hard for Neuro-disability.

Now in its second year the Row Hard event saw GB Olympic rowers
and other TV and sporting personalities, such as Sir Trevor McDonald, Wasps' Phil Greening and GB Women's Rowing Olympian Louisa Reeve, watch and compete in the fund-raising challenge.

The target £25,000 was reached and will be used to help pay for assistive technolgy, giving patients and residents of the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disablity (on West Hill) the crucial gift of communication, often lost after a serious trauma to the brain.
