Make a difference with a Spinning® Marathon

On Friday 21st February - Saturday 22nd February (6pm-6pm) Starfish Greathearts Foundation is hosting the annual 24 hour Spinning® Marathon event at the Putney Pedal Studio.

The Spinning® Marathon is not as tough as you might think. You don't have to cycle non-stop for a day and night. Just be part of a team (maximum 10 people) that pedals around the clock. You can enter your own team or join an existing one.

Qualified instructors lead hour long classes back to back and driving rhythms will encourage you throughout. You follow your instructor who will guide you on an exciting virtual route - up and down hills through sand dunes and over mountains (but you will have the ultimate control of the resistance on your bike.)

The venue has been completely refurbished and the Pedal Studio is ready and waiting for Starfish superstars.

Starfish is an international development charity that brings life, hope and opportunity to children orphaned or made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS in South Africa. Sponsorship raised from the event will have a huge and lasting impact on the communities we care for; aim to raise £500 as a team you will be able to provide the funds for a Child Care Coordinator for 3 months at a day care centre in South Africa.
