Coaches and players from each of the six teams descended on Fulham's Hurlingham club this morning to kick-off the 2014 tournament.

Among the stars on show are victorious British & Irish Lions captain Sam Warburton and coach Warren Gatland, now reprising those roles with Wales, who are seeking an historic third successive title.
