Officers from Ealing Borough searching for missing 89-year-old Cyril Williams now believe his last known location to be in the Putney Green area after taking a bus towards there last night, Saturday 12 September.

"We are appealing to anyone who may have seen Cyril, or knows where he is to get in touch with us as soon as possible, so that we can ensure he is safe and well."

Mr Williams is described as black; around 5ft 5ins with a frail build and short black hair.

When he was last seen he was wearing dark coloured clothing and a dark grey cap.

He has a Freedom Pass giving him access to public transport.
