Police are appealing for information to help trace a 71-year-old woman who is missing from Fulham.

Hermline St. John was last seen at around 3pm on Friday, 14 October when she left her home in Elbe Street, SW6 to walk to Wandsworth Bridge Road to buy fish and chips.

Hermline suffers from dementia which can affect her memory. She also requires medication which she does not have with her.

She is described as approx 5ft 6 inches tall, of slim build with dyed black hair.

Hermline was last seen wearing a dark grey woolly hat, light grey horizontal striped sweater, blue jeans and white shoes.

It is not thought that Hermline has a phone or travel pass in her possession.

She has gone missing before and was found travelling on the bus network in the Putney area.
