John Rother is considered to be dangerous

John Rother 23 years of age is being sought by Wandsworth Police as he has been recalled to prison for breaching his licence conditions.

He is 5 ft 8 inches tall with a tattoo on the left side of the neck.

He also uses the alias of John Payne.

Please do not approach him as he is considered to be dangerous.
