SWT unable to run trains due to Network Rail works

South West trains will not be running through Putney Station on the following weekends:

January 22nd -23rd,

January 30th-31st,

February 6th-7th

Details of engineering work can be found on South West Trains website up to 3 months prior to the date, which is when they are informed by Network Rail. www.southwesttrains.co.uk/engineeringworkland.aspx

Local resident & regular forum contributor Matt Palmer has been advised by SWT that the works are to to replace the rails with continuous welded rails which will reduce noise.
