Concern is growing for the well being of a 62-year-old man from Putney who has been missing since yesterday morning (24 November 2010).

John Carroll was last spoken to when he was at his home in Stoughton Close, SW15 at approximately 11:30hrs yesterday morning. He was said to be wearing beige cord trousers, a white polo shirt, a grey fleece and black leather jacket.

John suffers from various medical conditions including memory loss and emphysema and there is growing concern for his safety and well-being. He is described as a white man, approximately 5ft 10ins in height, medium build and has light brown hair.

It is unknown if John has left the Putney area, but he does have connections with the White City area and also with Ealing, Hammersmith and Kensington & Chelsea boroughs.

DC Kulvir Chohan, from Wandsworth CID said:
"We are very concerned about Mr. Carroll's wellbeing. His family are worried about him and given his medical condition and the cold weather we just want to find him as quickly as possible to ensure he is safe and well. I'd ask anyone who has seen John or knows where he is to contact us immediately."
