Not an innocent accident but a ruse for distraction burglary

Beware a young lad aged about 11 who claimed to have lost his ball in a garden. His 40 year old accomplice stole a large amount of money from a Keswick Road house while the victim was distracted.

On 15th July when the crime was committed the young boy was wearing white t-shirt and jeans and his 40 year ' 'colleague' was in in a pale blue t-shirt and light trousers.
