Speculation that the body was found barricaded in on top floor

Fire engines & police have been at Holroyd Rd since 5am today tackling a house fire on Holroyd Rd.

Neighbours report four fire engines, two ambulances and four police vehicles were in attendance and that a body has been found in the premises.

A post-mortem examination will be held in due course. Wandsworth officers are investigating and await formal ID.

Currently forensic teams are searching the property & the service suppliers e.g electricity & gas are making the building safe.
