Police are investigating an assault on a man which occurred on Roehampton Lane SW15 on Wednesday 1st August 2012 at 12:25 am

The suspect is described as a white male, approx. 30 years old, but looked older due to his scruffy appearance. 5ft 7in.tall. He had dark short wavy hair and was wearing a dark anorak with dark trousers.

He was walking behind the victim asking questions. The suspect followed the victim for over 500 yards then stabbed him twice in the buttocks.
