In Kingston Court yesterday, 34 year old Wayne McCatty, of Stroud Crescent, Putney was found not guilty of assaulting a a couple over a row over buggy space on a bus last September.

Electrician Mr McCatty has always denied both charges and said he acted in self defence. he admitted he was the man captured on the bus's CCTV when giving himself up to police three months later.
