Headed up by Nicole Chamberland, she wanted to establish a business where the focus is the customer not just the figures, there is no “head office” to pass you around to and the service is by people who actually love their jobs!

Nicole has recently left her position as a Senior Manager at a large estate agency in Putney after almost a decade and felt it was time to try and make a change in SW15, an area that has been her home since 2002. With her clients and customer service standards being of utmost importance to her, she understands the reputation Estate Agents may have and is eager to change the perception that not all agents are bad or out for themselves but some actually do want to help you find your home by being honest and informative.
