The Wandsworth Children's Services department is currently consulting on its Childcare Sufficiency Assessment (CSA), and the Council wants to know what parents think about childcare provision in the borough.

The assessment is about the extent, type and affordability of available childcare provision and maps the current supply against demand.
And the Coundil says it will help:

  • Find out if they have the correct type and amount of childcare
  • Understand what the barriers are to accessing childcare and identify gaps in the current provision
  • Produce a forward action plan
If, after reading the CSA, you have any comments or suggestions about childcare send them to Jenny Hoyle, Deputy Head of Play and Extended Services. Call (020) 8871 6374 or email mailto:jhoyle@wandsworth.gov.uk by May 31st.

You can view the executive summary of the CSA at www.wandsworth.gov.uk/CSAsummary
The complete CSA is available on request. Email:mailto:playservices@wandsworth.gov.uk or call on 08871 6349
