Just one week after PutneySW15.com reported that a new record had been set in the local property market two more homes have been sold at an even higher level.
Number 8 Westmead has smashed the previous record going for an astonishing £6,750,000. This is £3,000,000 more than the next most expensive property ever sold in SW15.
Number 1 Roehampton Gate had the distinction of being the most expensive house in Putney for just over a week but now it is not even the most expensive in its street with number 3 selling for £3,750,000. The top three highest price homes ever in the area have all changed hands in an amazing month for the local property market.

Over the last three years to the end of March Putney property prices are up by 30.1%
Nationally properties were up by 8.3% over the last year to an average price of £178,423. London saw the highest rise for England and Wales in this period with the average property now costing £323,511 up by 11.6%
