This year has been typified by low stock levels yet continuing high demand. The latter is not a surprise considering the area we live in. Where else do you get excellent local schools, convenient transport links and excellent amenities including the river and the park/commons?

Our major successes this year have undoubtedly been in the family housing market. Nothing stays around too long. In the last month we have agreed sales on two houses occupying the ever-popular ‘river roads’. Given the national press and current economic outlook the demand for these houses has been truly impressive and certainly bucks the national trend of doom and gloom. One of these properties went to a sealed bids process and so was sold for over the asking price within a week. The other got the asking price on the first day!

Such impressive turnarounds are our forte and the philosophy behind our agency is that your time is precious so we won’t waste it. The reason for this focus on time is because we have listened to our clients and responded accordingly.
