The alarm goes at 6.15 am I haul myself out of bed using every ounce of enthusiasm I can muster! I burst cheerfully into my 15 year old sons bedroom to motivate him to join me for our first Boot camp session on Putney Lower Common - he is very very unimpressed!

We dash out of the door to meet Jasyn at 6.45am. We spend the next 45 minutes doing a mixture of running, sprint training and strength conditioning which is both invigorating, hard in parts and challenging as far as agility and balance are concerned!

George really enjoys it despite his protests and we both return feeling stronger and ready to attack the day! George came back form school that day and admitted he was much more awake and alert at school. I feel much stronger and better able to manage the complexities of my day!

The sessions are for 45 minutes long, running 3 times a week at 6.45am on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday (there are also sessions on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 7pm) our three morning sessions cost £150 per month and they are great value (the two evening sessions are £100 per month - or £60 for one session a week!).
