He says all food is prepared fresh to every order without the use of food colouring and artificial flavour enhancers.

The menu has a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian gourmet dishes, spicy and mild dishes. The Kashmiri dishes can be found on the menu highlighted with the restaurant’s logo, a Chinar tree leaf; these dishes goes easy on dairy ingredients, sans onions and garlic. The Signature dish of the restaurant is Kabargah, ribs of lamb boiled in milk along with an assortment of fine Kashmiri spices and deep-fried in ghee (clarified butter).

Both the locals and the tourists will be charmed by the truly authentic spread of Kashmiri cuisine that is hard to find. We are keen to make every dining experience of our patrons a truly luscious moment. We are sure to shine bright in the Galaxy of Indian Restaurants in London”.
