What will finally become of Tileman House on Upper Richmond Road?

The site, at 131 – 133 Upper Richmond Road, has been causing quite a stir in the past couple of years. Developers have been making applications to Wandsworth Council in a bid to develop the site.

The Proposal: Demolition of the existing building. Erection of a building between 6 to 12 storeys to provide 69 flats, 2288sqm of commercial space and 54 basement level car parking spaces.
