Music by the Bridge welcomes the Bromley Boy Singers on Sunday 9 December at 7.15pm at St Mary's Church Putney. The Bromley Boy Singers and Choir Director Travis Baker are an internationally acclaimed choir and will perform a Christmas programme to include Benjamin Britten’s, Ceremony of Carols.

More about The Bromley Boy Singers - a concert choir with a well-established reputation for quality performance and musical education. The choirs aim is to help boys discover their musical abilities in an environment that encourages them to have fun while avoiding the peer pressure that can sometimes discourage them from singing at school. To achieve that the choir is completely independent of any school or church, financed entirely from subscriptions and donations and receives no funding from statutory bodies.

The choir performs an average of 10 concerts per year around Bromley and in central London, take part in local and national competitions, and tour abroad e.g. They just returned from a tour to Paris, performing by special invitation in Notre Dame Cathedral, L'Eglise de la Madeleine & Disneyland. At theCornwall International Male Voice Choral Festival , they won the prestigious 'John Langdon Cup' in 2015, were runners-up in 2017 and performed at the Minack Theatre, Land's End and The Eden Project.


Tickets available on the door - £5. Putney Pantry will be open for drinks and refreshments.
