The Queen's Birthday Honours list 2009 is published, paying tribute to outstanding achievement and service across the entire community.

This year there is one award to the SW15 area.

An OBE was give to Mrs Marilyn Holness the Deputy Principal of Southlands College, Roehampton University - for services to Teacher Education.
