There were celebrations this week as RUSH was awarded the title of Schwarzkopf Professional British Colour Technician at the prestigious British Hairdressing Awards presented by Hairdressers Journal International and sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional.
Chris Williams, International Colour Director for RUSH collected the award on behalf of the team. Chris is an integral part of the RUSH Artistic team who continually push the boundaries in hairdressing and colour. Chris personally trains all RUSH Stylists to exceptionally high standards of professional Cut and Colour services at the RUSH Advanced Academy to ensure every RUSH salon offers the very best Colour services for their clients.
Held in the spectacular Great Room at the Grosvenor House on Park Lane, The British Hairdressing Awards celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2009, and are recognized as the ‘Oscars' of the hairdressing world. Recognising and rewarding the creativity of the inspirational British hairdressing industry the evening was compered by one of the most popular presenters in the media today, Dermot O'Leary and with entertainment provided by London Community Gospel Choir, over 1750 guests from the world of hairdressing, fashion and media attended the prestigious event.
After receiving the award of Schwarzkopf Professional British Colour Technician, Chris exclaimed; “I was so pleased to win the title of Schwarzkopf Professional British Colour Technician, it means so much to not only myself but everyone connected with RUSH. This award is also a great tribute to the fantastic hairdressing talent and creativity within RUSH. 2009 has been a fantastic year for the entire team at RUSH and I would like to dedicate this award to them as without their amazing help and support I would not have won this award.”
