2018 Cancer Research UK University Boat Races
Putney Embankment SW15
The 2018 Cancer Research UK University Boat Races take place on Saturday 24th March 2018 (Women’s race at 16:31 hours and Men’s race at 17:32 hours). Local traffic management measures will be in place from 09:00 hours to 19:00 hours. Extra disruption should be expected in the Putney area.

Rocks Lane (the bridge by Barnes Station) - will be subject to temporary 2-way traffic signals from 26 February to 10 July. Essential as Bridge will become too weak to take high level of traffic over it if nothing is done. London Buses will continue on their normal routes. The work on Rocks Lane railway bridge will see the use of temporary two way traffic signals which will be controlled manually between the hours of 7am and 7pm to prevent the traffic building up.

The table below is a schedule of road restrictions and rail possessions during this period.
