Incipio have responded to a request from this website regarding their submission of 170 extra pages post the deadline for the public to comment. Residents had voiced concerns that the company were tweaking their application.

The company spokesperson said,"Following an onsite meeting with the planning officers in March, we have provided clarification on some issues, including transport (specifically taxis) and waste. The information is summarised in the Additional Information Letter (dated 01 April), in short the information includes:

• Confirmation that the Palmhouse will operate in line with the Putney Exchange Waste Management Plan (and a plan showing the location of our bin store)
• Confirmation of the Palmhouse Servicing arrangements (in line with Putney Exchange requirements)
• Confirmation the Palmhouse operate in accordance with management procedures of the Putney Exchange
• Confirmation of opening hours (12:00- 23:30)
• Further Putney Exchange car parking figures for 2019
• Putney Exchange Car Park Management Plan

We have also provided an additional plan which includes lobby areas to the terraces to further limit noise breakout. The additional information was sent in at the request of the planners, and does not fundamentally change our proposal.”
