A motorist and passengers pulled alongide the two victims and demanded they hand over their mobile phones.  Both believed that they were going to be hurt if they did not comply.  A mobile phone was surrendered to the suspects and they drove off

Intruder(s) entered through the back door after forcing the handle.  In entering the premises they set off the alarm, then attempted to pull the alarm system from the wall but alarm continued sounding until police arrived.  It appears at present that nothing was taken
