Two men were stabbed in the centre of Putney in the early hours of this Sunday morning (3 October).

One of the victims was in his twenties and the other in his thirties. Neither has received life threatening injuries although both were taken to hospital and one has arrested in connection with the incident.

At this early stage, officers believe the two men had been among a much larger group who were fighting in Upper Richmond Road, possibly having been drinking in venues nearby.
