Mr Conche also kicked the security guard Shah Nawaz who had tried to break up the 'fight'. According to the Evening Standard 31 year old Ms Taynor told the court: “He had three blocks and he picked those up and threw them at me.”

The newspaper says that staff managed to remove Mr Conche from the shop floor and he was taken to the office where the police were called. Still lashing out Mr Conche kicked the police officer, PC Jonathon Stanley in the chest when the officer was putting Mr Conche in the police van.

Mr Conche arrived at court but left the building without attending his hearing as he disputes the Crown evidence. The case was heard in his absence and he was convicted of two assaults by beating and assaulting a police officer. A warrant has been issued for his arrest to attend his sentencing.
