Police Warn Residents To Be Vigilant With Their Cars

On Sunday 7th October at 11:18am two youths were seen in Henry Jackson Road acting suspiciously and looking into parked vehicles. Both were wearing gloves and had items concealed in their waistbands.

Suspect 1 was described as a light skinned black male, aged about 15, black hoodie, jeans, black body warmer and hood pulled tight round his face.

The second suspect is a white male, aged about 15, wearing a black hoodie and jeans.

They were last seen going from Felsham road into Bemish Road.

Felsham Road and the roads off Lower Richmond Road have seen an increase in vehicle crime in recent weeks.

Please be aware that many thefts from vehicles occur because people forget to hide or remove items of value from from their cars, or forget to wind down windows or lock their doors.
