Police arrest three people for the murder of the man found on Barnes Common

Three people have been arrested in connection with this investigation: A man aged 31 has been bailed to return to a south London police station on 9 November, and a woman aged 34 and a woman aged 19 have been bailed to return to a south London police station on 29 November.

The police were called by passing motorists who had seen what they thought was a body in undergrowth just off Common Road, near junction with Mill Hill Road

A post-mortem at Kingston mortuary gave cause of death as a head injuries consistent with assault by a blunt instrument.

The police have identified the 22 year old victim, however they are not naming him until all his relatives are informed. He was a Vietnamese national who had been staying temporarily with friends in Hanworth, Middlesex.
