The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is urging anyone who is decluttering to donate items to them.

Instead of throwing away any unwanted gifts or letting them gather dust, BHF shops can sell them on raising vital funds for research.

The shops take a huge array of items from clothing, books, jewellery, dvds, cds and toys and the furniture and electric shops offer free collections.

One of the 730 British Heart Foundation shops can be found at 65 Putney High St, London SW15 1SR, and all of the shops are currently happy to accept donations. There is also a BHF Furniture & Electrical Store on Wandsworth High Street.

To arrange a free collection contact www.bhf.org or call 0808 250 0030.
