If you have a bike you no longer use, you can donate it to the sale. Or you can sell your bike in return for a share of the proceeds (for bikes worth over £40 ).

All proceeds go to St Mary's Church and the many charities it supports. All the bikes are checked over before being offered for sale, and there’s usually a range from the tiniest pink bikes to new adult hybrid and road bikes.

Bikes are being taken in on Sat 7 July 10- 12, and Thursday 12 July 1-6pm. Or you can arrange to have them collected via tiptapp, a new moving service. Please see www.stmarybarnes.org/bikes or facebook.com/barnescharitybikesale for all details and FAQs.

This year there is a special toddler and children’s bike sale on Friday 13 July from 3.30-5pm, to give an opportunity for younger customers to avoid the queues on Barnes fair day and have first pick of the bikes for children. We're even hoping free tea and cake will be an added incentive to come along and go home with a bike.

The main sale of adult bikes and any remaining children’s bikes starts at 9am on 14 July.
